Core and Floor is a 3 month customized program to recover and heal after pregnancy. The program is different than others because it's customized to you by a physiotherapist. Together we will make a plan to heal your body in a way that works for you. 

 

Core and Floor is for any woman struggling to heal her core and pelvic floor, regardless of how long ago she was pregnant. It's never too late to start. We can work together to make a plan that fits your stage of life, and your stage of healing.

 

The program will allow you to any or all of the following:

  • reconnect your abdominal wall and heal abdominal separation (diastasis recti)
  • improve coordination and strength of your core muscles
  • improve your pelvic floor strength and control
  • create a foundation of strength so that you can move on to the activities that you want to do with confidence

 

Essential Core Foundations includes:

  • 3 months of guided content
  • 1 individual online assessment and 3 follow-up appointments
  • physiotherapy receipts provided for residents of Alberta

This program is different than others because it is designed and guided by a physiotherapist. Exercises are based on rehabilitation principles and the Pilates method.
