Hi - I'm Megan.

I'm a mother too. This in itself contributes most significantly to what I do.

It was through my own process of healing that I developed an interest in women's core and pelvic floor health. I love supporting other mothers in what's often a difficult time to reclaim any part of ourselves or our former life. It can be hard, but I'm here to tell you that some parts of the journey can be made a little easier just by tapping into the wisdom and strength that we already possess, in our bodies.

I'm trained as physiotherapist, kinesiologist and Pilates instructor.

I draw from all of these areas when I work with women, and within my program. My personal experiences as both an athlete and a mom influence everything that I do.

In my teens and early twenties I competed in mogul skiing as a member of the Canadian National Development Freestyle Team. I loved the sport - the thrill and excitement, and the fun I had with my teammates. Good times ! When I retired from the sport it was a natural transition to study kinesiology and physiotherapy, since I loved athletics so much.

Then the transition into motherhood! My kids are both teenagers now, but it feels like those early days of motherhood weren't that long ago. Those can be tough days! I had a difficult time recovering physically and emotionally. On top of everything, I found out that I had abdominal separation. Here I was going to the gym and working out like I always had, thinking it would strengthen my abs. I found out that I was doing more harm than good. I needed to do something different.

It was those difficult days that taught me the most. I learned a lot, and eventually I learned to listen to my body and give it what it needed. This is the most powerful thing you can do to heal.

I'd love to teach you how to do this so that you can get the results you need without feeling overwhelmed.

You don't need to know all the things.

You just need to know what's important for you.
