About this workshop

In the past few years, access to free services addressing infant head shape concerns in our province has become increasingly limited.   Megan Jenkinson and Lori Walker Krause are physiotherapists in Calgary, Alberta, with a combined 40 years of experience in pediatric care and specific expertise in treating torticollis (the neck muscle imbalance that leads to a preference to tilt and/or turn the head in one direction) and plagiocephaly/brachycephaly (flat areas on the head).

In this workshop, they will teach you key techniques and positions for sleep, play, and even feeding, to optimize your baby's gross motor development and to ensure the best outcome for your baby's head shape.   They will also teach you what to look for to determine if your baby might be developing torticollis and when to seek additional help.

We are striving to meet the needs of families in Alberta by providing this free educational workshop on this important topic.  Register today and we look forward to seeing you online!
